2-1-1 Community Resources / Elder Helpline is an information and referral telephone service available free of charge to every citizen in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.

2-1-1 Community Resources provide referrals to approximately 6,000 callers monthly through the use of our ReferNet software.

WHAT WE DO:

2-1-1 Community Resources / Elder Helpline specialists provide:
Assessment of caller needs by gathering pertinent information and then linking them with the appropriate community resources.
Referrals for services ranging from adoption, bereavement support groups, childcare and emergency financial assistance to U.S. citizenship and immigration counseling, volunteer opportunities for senior citizens and youth mentoring programs.
